Iglika Yordanova is a Managing Partner at Colliers. She has over 20 years of experience and has played a key role in establishing the company as one of the leading real estate firms. She has led the office and retail services departments, working with clients such as Bluehouse, Lindner, Europa Capital, Revetas, Avestus, GE, GTC, Immofinanz, Heitman, and many others. Over the past 10 years, Iglika has served as the CEO and later as Managing Partner of Colliers in Bulgaria. During this period, the Colliers team has consistently delivered strong performance—both in terms of market achievements and in creating added value for the industry.
Iglika has been a member of ICSC and represents the company in organizations such as AmCham, AIBEST, FIABCI, the Bulgarian Facility Management Association, and the National Real Estate Association (NSNI).
Her previous professional role was as Retail Manager, where she was responsible for business development and team management. She holds a Master’s degree in Finance and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski.”
